By placing an order via our website you have read and agree to our site Terms and Conditions.


Ordering:
Once you have placed your order, I will review this and put it through for processing. If I notice any missing information or there may be a delay in getting your order out to you i will contact you with the details you provided straight away to discuss. Otherwise the order will be packed by myself and sent by Royal Mail.  


Delivery:
Royal Mail signed for service is used to post orders out, unless over 2kg then a courier will be used. Please expect delays during public holidays e.g; Easter, Christmas, Bank Holidays, Pandemics.
If you spend over £45 postage is free, this will automatically apply at checkout.
The processing time of your order is up to 10 working days. 


Lost parcels:
In the event that your parcel goes missing please contact me using the contact form on our website or email prettylittlemelts@gmail.com with your full name, order number and address. We will investigate this matter for you;
Please note that it can take Royal Mail up to 30 days to hear back from. We do suggest that you check with your local sorting office first to ensure they have not put a card through your door. Check in outhouse buildings, sheds, etc, and also with neighbours.
If we have a parcel returned to us, due to non collection, we will happily re-post this back to you but you will be required to pay the shipping cost again, as we have already paid this out once already in the first instance.


Returns:
You have 14 days to return any items you have purchased. If you have any concerns or would like to return an item please contact us via email at prettylittlemelts@gmail.com to discuss any issue.


Breakages
Everything that leaves our premises is in perfect condition, we have a thorough quality control system that checks all items, if we are not 110% happy we will take this off the shelf and use as free samples. Once your parcel has left our premises it is out of our control, so we do hope you understand that as a small business if your wax products arrive broken we cannot refund you for this, as the nature of the product is due to be melted in the future. Of course if you do have any issues or concerns with your order do not hesitate to get in touch as we strive for excellent customer service and would like to resolve any matter with you. Please check over your order within the first 24hrs of receiving this, if you have any issues you will need to report this within the 24hr time frame.


Product Images:
Please be aware that we do change mould shapes, designs, glitters and colorings from time to time. Due to the handmade nature of our products these can look slightly different to the photos but the item is the same.
