I'm new to wax melts, how do i use them? You can choose between a tea-light or electric warmer, place your wax melt in the top section of your warmer and either turn on (electric) or place the tea-light in the bottom well and light. You can re-melt your wax melt over and over until no fragrance is detected.
How do i change my wax melt? You can change your wax melt in various ways. The most simple way i find once your wax melt no longer smells simply melt the wax until liquid, place a few cotton pads on the top of the melted wax and allow this to soak up for 20 seconds. If you want to change your wax melt but their is still fragrance in it, you can light the tealight or turn on your electric warmer, wait for 30-60 seconds and the wax melt should slide out.
How do i use a diffuser? Our diffusers are easy to use and require minimal effort. Simply unscrew the silver cap and remove the safety cap. Screw the silver cap back on and place your reeds in the diffuser. After 1 hour turn your reeds over so the fragrance can disperse evenly. We recommend flipping the reeds once a week for maximum fragrance.
When will i receive my order? Our handling time is up to 6 working days, however we usually take 2/3 days to process your order. Royal Mail state their 2nd class signed for takes between 1-3 days but in busier periods it can take up to 5 working days. Please note we are only in the office Mon- Fri.

Can i track my order? We send everything with Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For which allows us to track your items. Our website does not link up with the Royal Mail system therefore a copy of your tracking number does not get sent to you. If you would like to track your order please email email@example.com with your order number.
My order hasn't arrived, what do i do? Please allow 6 working days for your handling time and 1-3 days for Royal Mail delivery. If your item has not arrived after this period then please email firstname.lastname@example.org to investigate this.
Can i add a discount code after I've placed my order? Unfortunately we are unable to add the discount after the order has been placed. Our website doesn’t have the capability to be able to do this.
Do you ship internationally? Please email email@example.com if you wish to purchase and are outside of the UK.
Do you do samples? As a small business we simply cannot afford to give out samples for free. All our orders no matter how little you spend will receive a free sample/s as a gesture of goodwill however we cannot do this for non-purchasing customers.
