I'm new to wax melts, how do i use them?
You can choose between a tea-light or electric warmer, place your wax melt in the top section of your warmer and either turn on (electric) or place the tea-light in the bottom well and light. You can re-melt your wax melt over and over until no fragrance is detected.

How do i change my wax melt?
You can change your wax melt in various ways. The most simple way i find once your wax melt no longer smells simply melt the wax until liquid, place a few cotton pads on the top of the melted wax and allow this to soak up for 20 seconds. If you want to change your wax melt but their is still fragrance in it, you can light the tealight or turn on your electric warmer, wait for 30-60 seconds and the wax melt should slide out.

How do i use a diffuser?
Our diffusers are easy to use and require minimal effort. Simply unscrew the silver cap and remove the safety cap. Screw the silver cap back on and place your reeds in the diffuser. After 1 hour turn your reeds over so the fragrance can disperse evenly. We recommend flipping the reeds once a week for maximum fragrance.

When will i receive my order?
Our handling time is up to 10 working days. Royal Mail is a signed for service and depending on if you choose 1st or 2nd class it can be anything from 1-5 days once we have dispatched it. Please note we are only in the office Mon- Fri. 

When will 'X' be back in stock?
We aim to have out of stock items back in stock within 10 days. If you would like to know when an item will be back in stock please email

My order hasn't arrived, what do i do?
Please check that your order has been dispatched and allow 6 working days for your parcel to reach you, in busy periods this may be longer. If your item has not arrived after this period then please email to investigate this.

Can i add a discount code after I've placed my order?
Unfortunately we are unable to add the discount after the order has been placed. Our website doesn’t have the capability to be able to do this.

Do you ship internationally?
Please email if you wish to purchase and are outside of the UK.

Do you do samples?
As a small business we simply cannot afford to give out samples for free. All our orders no matter how little you spend will receive a free sample/s as a gesture of goodwill however we cannot do this for non-purchasing customers.
